This Vodka is distilled slowly through a column still to give it a clean taste with plenty of contact with copper to give it a hint of sweetness. Finally it is finished with a blade of Hierochloe Odorata with it’s distinctive flavour. Best served ice cold in small chilled glasses, with cloudy apple juice or a splash of lime. Perfect with salty and spicy food or try adding a few spoonfuls to your favorite tomato sauce.
