A modern take on a classic beer style, it has a wonderfully deep red colour that comes from the speciality cara and crystal malts. Using a mixture of chinook and columbus to bring a nice pine aroma and flavour to the deep body. Cascade is also used to add a slight grapefruit edge and round out the aroma and flavour profile to the beer.
