The Emelisse Roaring Raisin Iced Stout BA has been on bourbon barrels for three years. Hints of raisins, currants and many other sweet aromas prevail in this barrel aged Eisbock. The aroma of raisins continues in the full flavor, with a pleasant note of red fruits. A small sweet and sour tingle seeps through the full body, coming from the tannins from the bourbon barrel. The alcohol content of 14.9% provides a typical alcohol-warming aftertaste.
